Intermediate/ Advanced Progression

Staying true to the classical Pilates repertoire, this class is designed to lengthen, tone, and strengthen the body through advanced, controlled movement. Sessions include higher-level exercises and inversions that challenge strength, stability, and coordination while maintaining precision and flow.

Classical Progression is best suited for clients who feel comfortable and confident in their mind–body connection and are ready to move with greater complexity. If exercises such as Teaser feel accessible or within reach, and you are familiar and confident with the principles of Pilates, this class offers the opportunity to deepen your practice and refine your control.

Classes may incorporate light weights, resistance bands, or other props to enhance challenge and variety while maintaining control and alignment. Modifications are offered throughout the class to keep you working on staying true to the essence of the exercises.
