Beginner/ Intermediate Pilates

Rooted in the classical Pilates repertoire, this class focuses on lengthening, toning, and strengthening the body through intentional, controlled movement. With an emphasis on alignment, breath, and precision, clients are guided through foundational exercises with thoughtful modifications that support a strong and sustainable practice.

The Essential Pilates repertoire is ideal for those who are still building confidence in the mind–body connection or preparing to progress toward more advanced exercises. If movements such as Teaser feel out of reach, or you do not know the principles of Pilates, this class provides the structure and consistency needed to develop strength, control, and awareness.

This offering is well suited for postpartum clients and those returning to movement while rehabbing an injury. Sequences remain closely consistent week to week, allowing for measurable progress and a deeper understanding of the work. As always, clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider prior to beginning any new movement practice.

Modifications are offered throughout the class to keep you working on staying true to the essence of the exercises.
